Cancellation Policy
What is the company cancelation policy? Customer cancellations are to be received within 3 days of their tour/transfer date. Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance will be charged the full amount. Should there be mitigating circumstances such as (An act of God or flight / Cruise cancellation) then a full refund will be rewarded.
