The catamaran is Not Wheelchair accessible. It is not
recommended for travelers with back problems. This experience requires good weather, you will
be offered a different date if applicable, or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum
number of travelers, If canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date

Cancellation Policy
What is the company cancelation policy? Customer cancellations are to be received within 3 days of their tour/transfer date. Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance will be charged the full amount. Should there be mitigating circumstances such as (An act of God or flight / Cruise cancellation) then a full refund will be rewarded.
